This Tuesday, August 20, I had the opportunity to appear on Court TV to discuss two cases: Florida v. Drejka and Ohio v. Richardson. In Florida v. Drejka, Drejka was charged with manslaughter after shooting Markeis McGlockton outside of a convenience store in Clearwater, Florida. This occurred after a dispute over a handicapped parking spot.
