Kevin R. Fisher has been defending individuals charged with criminal offenses in the Atlanta metro area since 2009.
Kevin graduated from the University of Alabama and attended Quinnipiac University School of Law, where he received awards for Outstanding Legal Scholarship, Outstanding Performance in Oral Advocacy and Moot Court Honor Society.
In the past eight years, Kevin has developed an impressive record of getting charges dropped or punishments reduced. In addition to being a skilled advocate in the courtroom, Kevin understands the importance of strategic advocacy. He thoroughly investigates each case to help his clients decide whether going to trial is their best option, or if they should consider a plea agreement.
Prior to practicing criminal defense, Kevin served as general counsel in the corporate sector. Because of this experience, Kevin is a formidable negotiator, employing techniques he learned in the corporate world to negotiate favorable outcomes for his clients who wish to pursue plea deals.
Kevin understands that, in order to provide the highest quality legal representation, an attorney must be more knowledgeable than his opponent. For this reason, he has completed the same DUI training course as Georgia State Patrol Officers do, and is certified in DUI Detection and Standardization Field Sobriety Testing. He has also completed courses in Impaired Driving Chemical Testing and the Intoxilyzers 5000EN and 9000 (the breathalyzer used in Georgia DUI investigations).
